General Hair Loss
Healthy hair lasts about 7 years and then falls out. Hair loss of about 50 hair per day is considered to be normal.
These are hair which have lived their life and must make room for new hair. What is known as hair, are the already dead hair follicles . The living part of hair is in the scalp and is invisible.

Normally there is about 85% of hair in the growing period and about 15% remains dormant. Due to insufficient nutrition of the hair roots, this relationship can be out of balance. In this case hair will become thinner and thinner and early hair loss occurs. This balance can only be restored by sufficient nutrition of the hair roots.

If no precaution is taken then the process of hair loss becomes quicker. It means there is more hair loss and less hair growth. Bald patches start appearing at the forehead or at the crown.

About 30-35% of all women and men has heavy hair loss due to their weak hair roots. It does not mean that they are bald. But they have very thin hair, which causes heavy hair loss. This percentage is increasing every year.
Causes of thin hair, hair loss and baldness
Most people think that the main cause of hair loss and baldness is male hormones. If the hair roots are too sensitive then they let themselves influence by the male hormones. This sensitiveness of the hair roots can be hereditary or caused by the above mentioned reasons.

The most important cause of female hair loss as well as male hair loss, which leads to baldness, is insufficient nutrition of the hair roots. Underneath are some of the main reasons for insufficient nutrition which cause hair loss in man as well as hair loss in women:
- Stress at work or in private life
- DHT
- Alopecia Androgenetica
- Alopecia Areata
- Heredity
- Unhealthy food, often with chemical additives
- Lack of sun and fresh air
- Side effect of medicines
- Pregnancy
- Hormone fluctuation                                                                                       Hair root

DHT - build up prevents nutrients to hair root and causes weakening of hair roots. Hence thin hair occurs leading to hair loss and ultimately baldness.

Dandruff damages the scalp and an aggressive anti-dandruff shampoo damages the scalp even more. The result is more hair loss and ultimately baldness.
Hair Loss Treatment
Healthy hair and faster hair growth are only then possible if the hair roots receive enough nutrition. If not, then hair loss starts without new hair growth.

Normal daily diet contains enough vitamins, minerals and other nutrition for the hair roots to avoid hair loss and keep normal hair growth. But if the body does not absorb enough nutrients from the normal diet then the hair roots will not be sufficiently fed and thin hair occurs. In this case it does not help to take extra vitamins and minerals to stop thin hair and stimulate healthy hair growth.

The solution is: strengthen hair roots with Avtar Hair Loss Treatment !Stress at work or in private life
